Procedure

Follow manufacturer’s protocol for Arcturus HistoGene™ LCM Frozen Section Staining Kit (catalogue # KIT0401).

NOTE: The only modification to this protocol is the substitution of kit staining solution for Gils 3 hematoxylin.
